A quick behavioral health check-up questionnaire open to Mercy students, staff, and alumni. Results are anonymous and the questionnaire takes under 5 minutes to complete. The tool is meant to help individuals to determine if their thoughts or behaviors may align with common and treatable mental health conditions.
