Mercy College Alumna Receives Proclamation from New York State Assembly

Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. – July 7, 2014– Mercy College alumna and reigning Miss Westchester Mayra Avila ‘10 MS ‘12, MS ’13 was given a Proclamation from the New York State Assembly. The Proclamation was presented to Avila by Assemblywoman Shelley Mayer who represents Yonkers. Avila received the recognition for her work during her time as Miss Westchester.
