Microsoft Edge which is the default web browser for the new Windows 10 operating system is not supported by the below applications:

• Blackboard
• Mercy Connect
• Internet Native Banner (INB)
• Self-Service Banner
• Argos
• Xtender

If you have upgraded to Windows 10, you can continue to access the above systems by instead using the following web browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Mozilla Firefox.

From the Edge browser, how do I open Internet Explorer?

You can select the More Actions option located at the top of the Edge browser and click on Open with Internet Explorer.

 
How can I launch Internet Explorer from the desktop?

You can click on Start > All Apps.  Then, you can find Internet Explorer under “Windows Accessories.”
